Pattern sizing & yardage:

The Sakura Fubuki Shawl comes in three sizes, each requiring a different number of skeins:

• Petite: 475 yards  

• Medium: 825 yards

• Tall: 1200 yards

Yarn options:

Choose the yarn that makes your heart flutter 

• Valentine’s Day Special Pink — Sweet Pea
  Special Edition Fingering
  Merino + silk blend
  420 yards per 4 oz skein

• Kit includes: Petite size (1 skein), Medium size (2 skeins), Tall size (3 skeins)

OR

• Modern Deco Lace
  Targhee + Tencel blend
  300 yards per 2 oz skein

• Kit includes: Petite size (2 skein), Medium size (3 skeins), Tall size (4 skeins)

You’ll automatically receive the number of skeins based on the shawl size and yarn you select.

Optional add-ons:

• Add a coordinating project bag to complete your kit

Each kit also includes a sweet little Ring Pop goodie

Finished Size: 
58(72, 84) inches across top edge and 22(28, 34) inches long at center back (stretched and blocked) 

Yarn Requirements: 
475(825, 1200) yards  

Gauge:
26 sts and 40 rows = 4 inches / 10 cm in stockinette stitch on larger needle (knit flat, washed, and air-dried without stretching)
Note: shawl may be knit in a variety of gauges, needle sizes, and yarn weights but the yardage requirement will vary

Needles:
size 3US (3.25 mm) circular needle or size to obtain correct gauge
size 2US (2.75 mm) circular needle for hem (or .5 mm smaller than gauge needle)
size 2US (2.75 mm) DPNs for hem and finishing (optional)
