This infinity scarf or cowl in three sizes (S/M/L) features the stout ribbing and horizontal knit/purl motifs of a classic gansey sweater with a bit of a twist—the hem rib will flare into a short flirty ruffle. Easy-to-work motifs make this piece a good traveler or a great beginner project.

Modern Deco Lace, Better Breakfast Fingering, Stone Soup Fingering, Shetlandia Fingering, Jacob Fingering, or any springy fingering yarn which has approximately 425 yards per 4 ounces. Substituting yarn and/or needles may result in an overall variation in size and drape.
