A top-down unisex sock in four sizes with an unusual rib running down the leg and over the top of the foot. The pattern of twist stitches opens to reveal cozy cocoon shapes that provide warmth and a snug fit. Pattern is easily reversed for toe-up construction.

Better Breakfast Fingering, Modern Deco Sport, or any springy, high-twist sock yarn.
Substituting yarn and/or needles may result in an overall variation in sock size.
Finished Size:
5.5(6.5, 7.5, 8.5)” in circumference (unstretched)
to fit feet measuring up to 7.5(8.5, 9.5, 10.5)” around
Yarn Requirements:
300(350, 400, 450) yards
Gauge:
32 sts and 48 rows = 4” in stockinette
Needles:
DPNs size US1 (2.25mm), or size to obtain correct gauge.
