Bare Naked Wools Fall 2026 Knitting Retreat 

Thursday, November 12th - Sunday, November 15th 

Note: Thursday arrival is optional. Guests may also arrive on Friday in time for the official kickoff of the retreat at 8:00 AM.

Goodie Bags:

Each participant will receive a goodie bag packed with wonderfulness, including supplies for the Mini Mystery KAL, plus some delightful surprises! The bag shown in the photo is not the official goodie bag.

If you're attending as a companion, please note that your ticket does not include a yarn goodie bag. But we do have surprises for those non-companions. 

Retreat Itinerary:

Activities are subject to change as we finalize event details, but the classes and workshops will remain the same.

Thursday, November 12th

Early arrival is optional for those traveling long distances. There are no scheduled activities that day beyond early check-in, dinner at 6 PM, an informal meet-and-greet, and some relaxed knitting time with fellow guests.

We recommend arriving at the facility by 5 PM to allow time for the shuttle to bring you from the parking lot to the main lodge. If you are being dropped off, you can go directly to the main building. Please note that dinner is buffet-style, and we cannot guarantee that food will be set aside if you arrive late.

Friday, November 13th

Guests should arrive between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM to catch the shuttle. Breakfast will be served upon arrival, and classes begin promptly at 9:30 AM.

Morning

After a healthy, fresh breakfast we will ease into the day with wool school and project class. 

Afternoon

After lunch we have a Mystery Workshop in 2 groups (Same as Saturday) that compliments the wool School class. For those who are non companions you can explore the venue and enjoy the farm. 

Evening

Fun and games kick off after dinner and Movie Night with Knitting included. Snack bar and more! 

Saturday, November 14th

Morning

Enjoy a hearty, farm-fresh breakfast followed by Seams Good Class with Group A. More details about the class further down. 

Group B is welcome to enjoy any of the other activities listed on the info page—or just take the morning to relax, explore the property, or head out for a hike!

Afternoon

A refreshing lunch

Evening

Dinner, dessert & snack table, followed by Some Fun Knitting games. Show & Tell and more! 

Sunday, November 15th 

Farewell Breakfast & Check-Out (10 am) featuring a morning pop-up shop with local vendors, Q&A with Anne and the BNW team, and group photos.

Note: We will have a Bare Naked Wools Booth set up all weekend for you to shop around as well as welcoming other vendors. 

Transportation:

The retreat will be held at Bellwether Farms in Wakeman, OH, approximately 40 minutes (35 miles) from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport

Please note that airport transportation is NOT provided by Bellwether Farms or Bare Naked Wools. Bellwether Farms and Bare Naked Wools are not responsible for arranging or providing transportation to or from the retreat location. All transportation arrangements made between attendees are the sole responsibility of the individuals involved.

For those driving to the retreat, a Bellwether Farm shuttle will be available to transport you from the parking lot to the main building.

However, we recommend joining the Ravelry group before the retreat. It’s a great way to connect with other attendees, and in some cases, participants have coordinated rides or paired up with local attendees to travel together.

Retreat Pricing:

You can secure your spot today with a $300 non-refundable deposit. The full retreat pricing is as follows and will be due by August 20th:

ARRIVING THURSDAY: 

After August 20th, if you haven't reserved a sport and if any apply, you will need to pay the full balance.

Private Bedroom: $1,850 per person ($1,350 remaining after deposit)

Shared Bedroom: $1,750 per person ($1,250 remaining after deposit)

ARRIVING FRIDAY: 

INITIAL DEPOSIT IS $300

Private Bedroom: $1,650 per person ($1,350 remaining after deposit)

Shared Bedroom: $1,550 per person ($1,250 remaining after deposit)

Want to Bring your Companion?

You are welcome to bring your spouse, partner, or friend to accompany you for the weekend. If they choose to join, a $300 non-refundable deposit is required.

The accompanying person will have access to all non-knitting activities, but please note that they will NOT receive the special goodie bag.

The cost for their stay is as follows:

EARLY ARRIVAL (THURSDAY)

Ticket: $1350 per person ($1250 remaining after deposit)

ARRIVING FRIDAY

Ticket: $1150 per person ($950 remaining after deposit)

PLEASE READ: All remaining payments must be made on or before August 20th. Tickets purchased after August 20th must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your remaining balance will have the $300 deposit already deducted, as it is applied toward the total. If payments are not received by the specified date, your reserved spot will be automatically forfeited.

Payment Methods:

We accept checks, credit cards, and online payments.

• Credit card payments can be made online or by calling us during shop hours at 330-453-7867.
  

• You can also pay online through our website, with options to use Klarna for installment payments, as well as Shop Pay and PayPal.

• We will be sending out invoices individually for you to pay the remaining balance. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

The initial $300 deposit is non-refundable. 

• If you cancel Before August 30th, 2026: Full refund minus $300 deposit.

• If you cancel Between August 30th - September 20th, 2026: Up to 50% refund of the total paid (minus the $300 deposit), unless a replacement attendee is found (Deposit is still non refundable).

• If you Cancel After September 20th, 2026: No refunds. 

Behavior & Conduct:

We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all experience levels. We expect all participants to respect the venue and each other. Discriminatory or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the retreat without refund.
