Towering Pines is a classic unisex toque for cold and wet days outdoors. Named after the towering trees of the Montane Forests of British Columbia, this hat details modern vertical lines and traditional colourwork motifs.
Towering Pines, available in sizes S, M, L, is knit bottom up in 2 contrasting colours. A repeating colourwork chart with straightforward decreases at the crown is sure to please beginner and experienced knitters alike.
The Towering Pines Hat pattern is part of the design collection for our 11th annual Red Scarf scholarship fundraiser! All proceeds from the sale of this pattern through December 31, 2021 are applied directly to our scholarship fund, administered by Foster Care to Success.
