Wasp and Rose Lace Shawl

A Victorian triangle shawl in two sizes (petite/tall) to work from neck to hem in fine laceweight yarn. The composition is a treat, from its rosebud stripes to its botanical hem—a profusion of pattern that appears to be complex, but is actually very easy to work, with intermediate stitch patterns and wrong side rows almost entirely in purl.

Suggested Yarns: 

Cormo Lace, Yak + Silk Lace, Modern Deco Lace, Shetlandia Fingering, Jacob Fingering, Kent Lace, Fresh Lace,  or any relaxed laceweight blend with 225 to 250 yards per ounce. Substituting yarn and/or needles may result in an overall variation in size.

 28(34) inches long at center back and 72(80) inches across top edge (stretched and blocked)
